Mystery Mountain Receives $5000 from the Jumpstart Sport Relief Fund!

We’re excited to announce that Mystery Mountain Winter Park has received $5000 from the Jumpstart Sport Relief Fund!

The support from Jumpstart will help Mystery Mountain and the Thompson Ski Club keep our day rates and membership fees low for the 2021/2022 season, ensuring Thompsonites and northern Manitobans have the opportunity to discover a lifelong passion for skiing and snowboarding.

Since COVID-19 arrived in Canada, outdoor recreation played a pivotal role in helping Manitobans stay connected with loved ones, stay healthy, and blow off some much-needed steam.

Last year, Jumpstart Charities awarded $8 million across nearly 700 grant applications through it’s Sport Relief Fund to help sporting organizations continue to operate through 2020. This year, Canadian Tire has contributed another $12 million to continue the program through 2021, and has already awarded more than $9 million in grants to more than 800 sport and recreation organizations across Canada.
